MOST COMPELLING ACHIEVEMENT TO DATE: Co-founded and led The Link, an innovative business organization, and a business simulation conference (The Leadership in Business Conference) that educates secondary students on topics of leadership, ethics and entrepreneurship in a fun and interactive way. The Link has inspired over 1,000 students over the past 10+ years and has expanded to host a conference in China for the past five years.

Why are you an entrepreneur? To encourage the next generation of little ones that if you can imagine it, you can build it.

• I used to drive a motorbike when I lived and volunteered in Hanoi, Vietnam.
• I love running — ran my first marathon in 2013.
• I’m pretty lucky. I’m building Peekapak with my best friend of 23 years and it’s been an amazing adventure.
